At 3D Print Monkey, we want to ensure your printing projects are a success; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all filaments, spare parts, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to the Lab

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our returns warehouse, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware or materials, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
